PAL Sports

Through competitive and recreational school sports leagues, children learn the life-long importance of good sportsmanship, teamwork and physical fitness. Sacred Heart is part of the Parochial Athletic League (PAL), and offers a wide range of sports, including:

Flag football
Volleyball
Basketball
Track and field
Golf

These sports are offered at the junior varsity and varsity levels, as well as recreational leagues. We are proud that Sacred Heart has earned numerous PAL championships in many competitive sports.
